CASE STUDY

InSite professionals provided the site design and permitting services for the redevelopment of three New Brunswick properties to construct a 14-story building with street-level commercial space and 111 residential condominiums. The design effort included modifications to the County Road intersection, coordination of on and off site parking, preparation of condemnation plans, traffic control plans with a pedestrian bridge, crane/hoist locations and temporary traffic light and signage.
