CASE STUDY

InSite professionals provided engineering design and permitting for redevelopment of a waterfront site along the Hudson River within the Shipyard Development. This project included the construction of a high-rise building containing retail space at the ground level, 93 residential units and Internal structured parking. This project was the highest residential building to receive LEED-Gold certification when it was completed.
