InSite professionals provided site engineering and permitting services for the redevelopment of the 21-acre Beachfront North redevelopment of 104 townhomes, 179 mid-rise condominiums and a club house. The second phase of the development consisted of 17 single-family homes and 3 townhomes. The project required the complete demolition of the existing improvements and the creating on infrastructure for the new buildings.
