InSite professionals provided comprehensive site engineering and permitting services as part of an overall master plan and redevelopment team, with the responsibility for zoning, permitting and site design at the local and regional level. The 11-acre existing urban hospital campus has been redesigned to replace outdated buildings and infrastructure including a new critical care building, an infill building and lobby, retail building, structured parking, and surface parking lots, entryways and drop-off aisles. The design had to address critical stormwater flooding, deciphering historic utility information, and addressing the required improvements for two county roadways.
