InSite professionals worked side by side with Township officials to create a redevelopment plan specific to this tract of land to permit a warehouse with sufficient building height to accommodate the client’s needs. Planning Board approval was then achieved for the redevelopment of a 14-acre site for the approximate 180,000 SF warehouse with office space, associated car and trailer parking, and loading docks. New sanitary sewer connections, domestic / fire water utility connections, a fire pump house with tank, natural gas, and electric utilities are being permitted as part of the project. A freshwater wetlands delineation and a determination of a nearby potential flood hazard area were coordinated with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection for the project.
