InSite provided comprehensive site engineering design and permitting services for the expansion of Guttenplan’s Frozen Dough, Inc. in Middletown, New Jersey. This redevelopment project supported increased production capacity through the construction of a 94,689-sf building addition to the existing manufacturing facility.

The site design included new trash enclosures, an expanded loading dock, upgraded landscaping and site lighting, and additional parking improvements to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and employee circulation. InSite coordinated regulatory approvals and engineered the site improvements to ensure compliance with local land use requirements, zoning standards, and environmental regulations.
