InSite professionals provided InSite provided site engineering, permitting, and stormwater management services for the Marlboro Medical Arts healthcare development. The project required complex multi-agency coordination to secure approvals from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), the Freehold Soil Conservation District, Monmouth County Planning Board and Highway Division, local sewer and water authorities, and Marlboro Township.
These approvals supported a two-phase construction plan, for which InSite completed the site design and stormwater management engineering. The fully developed site includes two 24,000-square-foot, two-story medical office buildings, 224 parking spaces, and a wet pond stormwater management facility designed to meet state and local environmental regulations.
